It has been such a long time since I blogged and so much has happened but it is about time I picked it up and ran with it again
BUT
which way?
Do I continue in the vein that helped me so much last time or do I make it a nicey, nicey one so people don’t feel uncomfortable?
I am filled with anger at the moment, I am staring into an abyss but do I talk about it? Try and break those stigmas that surround mental health and the situations that have caused them? Or do I hide them because it might upset others?
argh! Why do I always have to let thoughts for others in? 😦
